Refund policy

30-Day Returns

If you are not happy with your coin, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the coin must come back in the same condition you received it:

  • NGC-certified coins must be in the original, unopened and undamaged NGC holder.
  • Raw (uncertified) coins must not be cleaned, polished, treated, or altered in any way.
  • Please include the original display case, pouch, and certificate of authenticity or information card that came with the order.

How to Start a Return

Email dean.kinzer@kinzercoins.com with your order number and the coin you want to return. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns go to Kinzer Coins, 3316 S. Linden Ave., Springfield, MO 65804, United States. Packages sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen the refund, email dean.kinzer@kinzercoins.com.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

Every order ships insured with tracking. Please check your order when it arrives. If a holder is cracked, the wrong coin arrives, or a package is lost in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date), with photos if possible, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap a coin is to return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, special requests, gift cards, and any item clearly marked "Final Sale" on its product page cannot be returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the same condition requirements above.

Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

Every coin we sell is guaranteed authentic. If any coin is ever found to be a forgery or modern imitation (unless clearly sold as a replica), we will refund the full purchase price at any time during your ownership. No time limit.
